Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

所有有現貨的訂單將於付款確認後 7 個工作天內處理完成（不包括週末及公眾假期）。當您的訂單發貨後，我們將會發送電子郵件通知，內含可供查詢物流狀態的追蹤號碼。請在出貨後預留約 48 小時讓追蹤資訊更新。
若您在收到出貨通知電郵後 10 日內仍未收到產品，請電郵至 service@winespot.hk，並提供您的姓名及訂單編號，我們將立即為您跟進。
如產品缺貨，預計送貨時間為 30 個工作天內（不包括週末及公眾假期）。

收貨
當您收到產品後，請立即檢查產品狀況。若發現產品有缺陷、損壞，或收到的產品與訂單不符，請與我們聯絡，我們會立即協助您處理問題。

運送費用
Winespot 為香港地區的酒櫃及飲品櫃提供免費送貨服務。如送貨地點需經樓梯而沒有電梯直達，任何額外搬運附加費將按實際送貨地點及現場情況而定。

安裝服務
Winespot 為 Duo、S.F.F. 及 Glass 系列提供免費上門安裝服務。包裝材料只會棄置於與送貨地址同層的垃圾房內。目前，離島地區須另加 HK$500 地區附加費。

Bea 系列產品可由客戶自行安裝。如需為 Wave 系列提供安裝服務，我們可提供報價，歡迎電郵至 service@winespot.hk 查詢。
