Delivery & Installation
Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@winespot.hk with your name and order number, and we will check for you immediately.
For out-of-stock items, expected delivery within 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Upon Receiving Unit
Upon receiving your unit, please inspect your unit and contact us immediately if you suspect the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and we will help to resolve the issue immediately.
Shipping Rates
Winespot offers free delivery services for our wine cellars and beverage coolers within Hong Kong. If the location has stairs with no lift access, any additional handling charge will be subject to the actual delivery destination and access conditions.
Installation Service
Winespot offers complementary on-location installation services for Duo, S.F.F. and Glass Series. Packing materials disposal service only include refuse room at same floor of delivery address. Currently, a location surcharge of HK$500 will be applied for Outlying Islands.
Customers can self install Bea with ease. We can provide installation service for Wave Series upon quotation. Please contact us at service@winespot.hk if you need advice.
